About Traffic USA

Traffic USA is the U.S. branch of Traffic Distribution, an independent bicycle distribution company with roots in Cologne, Germany.

The story began with BMX and brands such as WeThePeople, one of the most respected names in BMX culture. From that foundation, Traffic grew into a broader cycling business, shaped by product knowledge, dealer relationships, and a deep connection to riders and specialty retailers.

Over time, the focus expanded beyond BMX into gravel, all-road, bikepacking, and performance cycling. Brands such as Bombtrack played an important role in this evolution, bringing adventure-focused bikes, practical design, and a strong connection to modern cycling culture.

After building its foundation in Germany and expanding into the United Kingdom, Traffic now brings this experience to the United States.

Based in Ames, Iowa, Traffic USA provides local support, reliable fulfillment, and clear communication for dealers and brand partners across the American market. Our goal is to make it easier for retailers to access carefully selected cycling brands, backed by real industry experience and long-term support.
